Readiness Support for the Implementation of the Integrated Result Management Framework (IRMF) for National Trust for Nature Conservation (NTNC): This included a 5-day ToT training and 3-day refresher sessions, training 21 participants in Climate Change and Finance, 40 in Procurement and Contract Management, 21 in Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS), Integrity, and Gender and Social Inclusion (GESI), 21 in Monitoring and Evaluation, and 34 in Project Development and Proposal Writing. The assignment also involved the revision of 11 policies, development of 3 new policies of NTNC, and the production of a 15-minute video documentary with a photo journal. Green Climate Fund Funded
